Leadership in Inclusive Teaching Fellows lead programs in inclusive teaching development in their department or program. The CTL resources here were created in the LIT Fellows Program.

The mission of the LIT program is to advance inclusive teaching practices across Stanford’s campus, in line with the IDEAL initiative and in an effort to honor graduate students’ lived experiences and agency in shaping the teaching culture in their local contexts. Fellows meet regularly throughout the year to support one another with the guidance of CTL staff members. These monthly meetings are a chance for fellows to share feedback on their program plans, discuss the challenges of running teaching development programming, and get connected to resources through CTL and beyond.

The LIT program works to equip fellows with the skills, resources, and knowledge necessary to be most effective to their departments.
