Quarterly Planning: Quarter-at-a-Glance
Stay on top of important deadlines with Quarter-at-a-Glance! This tool can help you create a big picture view of your quarter so that you can understand your overall timeline, anticipate busy periods, and make plans accordingly.
To use the tool, first identify what kinds of dates and milestones you want to keep in mind throughout the quarter and plan ahead for. Some options include:
- Paper and project milestones and final deadlines
- Midterm and final exams
- Application deadlines (e.g., internships, fellowships, jobs)
- Travel
Once you’ve added these key dates to your Quarter-at-a-Glance, consider printing a copy and hanging it in your workspace or another area where you will see it often. If you prefer to reference a digital copy, you might bookmark it or save it in another location where it will remain visible.
