Productivity Sessions

Main content start

CTL is excited to offer drop-in neurodiversity-focused productivity sessions. These sessions are open to all students who self-identify as neurodiverse (e.g., having ADHD, learning differences/disabilities, autism, or executive functioning challenges) and who would benefit from a short co-working session with other students in order to get started on challenging tasks.

These sessions provide a working space where you can set specific goals, create accountability and motivation, and make progress on your academic work. A neurodiversity-focused academic coach will be available to address questions or concerns or help you to get started on your task.

Beverages (coffee or tea) will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks or meals.

No need to RSVP. Just show up. You can drop in at any time and stay as long or as short as you want.  For more information, please contact: Melissa at mtamas@stanford.edu.

Session times for Spring Quarter 2026

  • 2-4 p.m. on Tuesdays (weeks 3-10)

Location

  • Tuesdays: Center for Teaching and Learning (408 Panama Mall), Room 148

What does a productivity session look like?

We break the session into two one-hour blocks. Each block has the following structure:

  • 5 minutes: identify the work you are going to do
  • 50 minutes: individual time to work on your goal
  • 5 minutes: check in with coaches and each other about your goal and next steps
