End-Of-Quarter Reflection
As you wrap up one quarter and look ahead to the next, it can be rewarding to reflect on the habits and academic strategies that worked well for you and the ways in which you'd like to grow moving forward. Take some time to answer the following questions with respect to your academics. BONUS: Bring these to your next Academic Coaching appointment!
How did this past quarter go for you?
- If you set academic goals for yourself, did you meet them? Why or why not?
- If you didn't set any academic goals, what did you learn about yourself?
What are you most proud of from this past quarter?
- How can you build on this strength next quarter?
What was the hardest part of this quarter? What was the easiest?
- Given your experience this quarter, what habits might you keep or change for next quarter?
What academic strategies worked best for you?
- How could you continue these next quarter?
What's one thing you'd like to improve?
- What specific steps will you take to accomplish this goal?
- How will you hold yourself accountable?
