Lecturers and Academic Teaching Staff Event Series

Lecturers and Academic Teaching Staff (LATS) events bring together academic teaching staff from across disciplines for professional development and community-building.

The goals for all LATS events are to:

• Share effective teaching and learning practices  
• Identify resources for broader professional development and support
• Develop relationships with colleagues

Previous event topics include strategies from student academic coaches for addressing student challenges inside and outside of the classroom, pedagogical practices to continue post-pandemic, a visit to the GSE Makery, and visit from the Faculty Staff Help Center.
