Do self-doubt, perfectionism, and procrastination haunt you in spite of your achievements (or even, perhaps, because of them)?  Join this workshop for an in-depth exploration of a common phenomenon among high-achieving individuals known as the Impostor Syndrome.  Learn more about the ways it affects our self-expression and develop some strategies for overcoming the cognitive distortions associated with IS and their resulting behaviors.
