Can arms control negotiations help prevent the further spread of nuclear weapons? Each winter, Stanford students engage in a simulated non-proliferations conference seeking to place constraints on nuclear arsenal programs. We will explore how these negotiations have been run, their intriguing results, and the lessons learned for education and diplomacy.
