On an individual and institutional basis, huge efforts have been madeÑand hailedÑduring the past decade, to replace face-to-face classroom teaching with websites and multiple other technical arrays. From a different perspective, one could comment that the University is celebrating its collective suicide. For those who are reluctant to participate in this celebration, the key question is which strong arguments can be made in favor of the face-to-face classroom situation. Unfortunately, however, there are no easy or obvious answers to this question.
